{"id":602,"date":"2013-10-06T17:31:21","date_gmt":"2013-10-06T15:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.refro.at\/refroto\/wp\/?p=602"},"modified":"2013-10-06T17:47:25","modified_gmt":"2013-10-06T15:47:25","slug":"impressions-from-wurzburg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.refro.at\/refroto\/wp\/?p=602","title":{"rendered":"impressions from w\u00fcrzburg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I attended a conference in w\u00fcrzburg this spring and decided to last for two days longer to explore all the sightseeings this nice city has to offer.<br \/>\npersonally I really enjoy staying in cities surrounded by wine, since (quality!)drinking mostly goes hand in hand with good food. in addition people seem to be more relaxed and culture in general seems to be more important to the inhabitants.<br \/>\nw\u00fcrzburg has a long and rich history witnessed by the fortress marienberg and w\u00fcrzbzrg residence along some highly valued wineyards like the famous w\u00fcrzburger stein for wines made from the grape sylvaner &#8211; all in all perfect conditions for a nice stay.<\/p>\n<p>and indeed we had a great time during sightseeing, enjoying most<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sitting at the water&#8217;s edge along the river main &#8211; between the &#8220;old crane&#8221; and &#8220;old main bridge&#8221;,<\/li>\n<li>the magnificent viewpoint to the city on half way to the fortress and of course the sturdy fortress marienberg itself,<\/li>\n<li>spending the evening at the cafe &#8220;sch\u00f6nborn&#8221;
